Seth Rollins got Triple H and Stephanie to agree to build a statue of him if he beat John Cena, which he did with the help of Jon Stewart. HHH had promised this if Rollins had won the WWE World Heavyweight Championship and WWE United States Championship after SummerSlam. He did this by pinning the now former WWE U.S. Champion, John Cena.
So after talking up the statue, Rollins asked for it to be revealed. However, there was no statue behind that curtain.
