Mother forces 14 year old daughter to have sex with 44 year old man to pay off $5000 debt.

WASHINGTON -- A Maryland mother stands accused of trading sex with her teenage daughter to pay off a $5000 debt. The mother, whose name has not been released, and the man to whom this trade was allegedly made, Bejarni Rivas, are both facing criminal charges,Perhaps most disheartening is that court documents show that the teen begged her mother not to have to go with Bejarni Rivas. Responded the mother in turn: ‘I’ve done bad things to make you have a good life. Go with him.’ Also facing charges along with the mother is Bejarni Rivas himself who has been indicted on 13 charges including second degree rape, human traifficking and sexual abuse of a minor.

A bride was fighting for her life last night after her hen party minibus overturned in a motorway crash. Her friend Bethany Jones, 18, was killed and six other women, all from the bus, were seriously injured in the smash on the M62. Bride Stefanie Firth, 24, was airlifted to hospital and was understood to be in intensive care with spinal injuries. Her fiance Gary Leafe, 28, rushed to her hospital bedside and was told his mum Lesley, 56, was also critically injured. Tragic Bethany’s mum and 24-year-old sister Amy were said to be critically injured.Chartered accountant Pritpal Singh, 28, from Leeds, was travelling on the M62 back to his office when the accident happened. He said: "I was about a third of a mile back from where the accident was, I got out and walked up to the scene. "There were probably about 10 to 15 ambulances, as many police cars, several fire engines. "In the midst of all the emergency vehicles I could just about see the scene of the accident. "I could see a minibus which was on its side. It had quite a severe amount of damage on the right hand side. The lorry which had collided with it was on the main motorway." It remained unclear last night what caused the crash, and locals reported that the area had been enjoying fine weather. Frozen food company Farmfoods, whose lorry was involved in the crash, said they could not comment at this stage.

Ellen DeGeneres: Diane Keaton on Wine, Tantric Sex and Marriage

It's funny to watch Diane Keaton as she laughs her way though an interview on today's Ellen DeGeneres Show. The star stopped by to talk about her new movie, The Big Wedding, and while olding a big glass of red wine on ice, she explains that her character is into tantric sex. When you have tantric sex you go for a long time and you have that thing called the orgasm," she explained, "for nine hours! For nine hours! That's ridiculous!" Keaton breaks into hysterics on both shows explaining tantric sex and her role in the movie.

KFYR News Anchor A.J. Clemente Drops F-bomb in TV Gaffe

KFYR news anchor A.J. Clemente began his nightly broadcast in Bismarck by saying “F*ckin sh*t” into his microphone, which was on. The footage of him swearing on live TV has gone viral around the world. The station was forced to suspend him after they were inundated with complaints. News director Monica Hannan has replied to the barrage of criticism on the TV station’s Facebook page. She wrote: "To all of you who are writing in…I want to apologise for an incident that occurred prior to our early newscast this evening, when one of our employees used profanity on the air. "He did not realise his microphone was on, but still, that’s no excuse. He was later suspended for using profanity and his coanchor, Van Tieu, opened up the 10:00 p.m. news hour with an apology. "We were caught off guard and [Clemente] didn't realize his microphone was on. And while that was no excuse - we do train our reporters to always assume that any microphone is live at any time - unfortunately we cannot take back what was said. But, we do apologize and hope that you may forgive us and rest assured, that something like this will not happen again.," she said.

Star Lisa Gormley Suffers Surfing Boob

The actress, who plays Bianca Scott in the Aussie soap, was filming a surfing scene off Sydney's Palm Beach when she suffered the embarrassing wardrobe malfunction yesterday. The 28-year-old had earlier been seen laughing away as she lay on top of a blue surfboard. But unfortunately for the pretty blonde her breast must have toppled out of her red two-piece after she tumbled into the sea. The soaking wet star was seen clutching on to the board with her right boob fully exposed. She eventually clocked her nip slip and rather sheepishly pulled her breast back into her bikini.

Beyonce's Nipples Costume Kicks Off Concert Tour

There’s been a lot of buzz about the fashion for BeyoncĂ©‘s Mrs. Carter Show World Tour, so we all waited patiently for photos to roll in after she kicked off her first concert in Serbia last night. But we don’t think anyone was prepared for the style stunt Bey pulled. In one of her many changes of the night, the “Single Ladies” singer hit the stage in a gold bodysuit, complete with faux breasts and protruding nipples. It was certainly a shocking look — seriously, BeyoncĂ© effectively put Madonna’s infamous Jean-Paul Gaultier cone bra to shame. We followed as fashion houses scrambled to design concert duds for the new face of H&M, but Julien Macdonald was the lucky designer to adorn Bey with this cheeky look (think it's a nod to J-Lo's on-stage nip slips?). Emilio Pucci, Dsquared2, Ralph and Russo and Stuart Weitzman also created bespoke pieces for the tour.

Boston Marathon Bombings 3 Dead and 130 Injured

At least 130 people are injured and three dead after two bombs exploded near the finish line of the Boston Marathon Monday afternoon. The injuries include dismemberment, witnesses said, and local hospitals say they are treating shrapnel wounds, open fractures and limb injuries. An eight-year-old boy is one of the three known dead, multiple news outlets reported, and several of the injured are also children. At a Monday night press conference, Gov. Deval Patrick urged Bostonians to be vigilant on their morning commute Tuesday, and to report any suspicious packages to the police. The FBI has officially taken over the investigation, and is treating it as a potential terrorist attack. Two explosions rocked the Boston Marathon near the finish line, causing multiple casualties and sending the city into chaos. Another explosion occurred at the JFK Library, but authorities were unsure if the incidents were linked. Store windows behind the scene of the first blast appeared to be undamaged, further evidence the bombs were not powerful. The date of the attack could be a sign of domestic roots: April 15 is the deadline for filing taxes, and it’s celebrated in Massachusetts as Patriots Day, marking the beginning of the American Revolution.

Stoke City vs. Manchester United: Final score 0-2; United win snoozer

How do you make a match between Manchester United and Stoke City really boring? Well, ok, having a match between Manchester United and Stoke City means you're off to a fine start; the putative champions scoring a boring goal in the fourth minute means you have all the pieces in place for a snoozer. This was just about the perfect day for Manchester United. Sir Alex Ferguson's side cruised to a comfortable victory over Stoke City that saw Robin van Persie end his goal drought with a penalty that was followed by a bear hug for his manager. Van Persie's goal was his first in 751 minutes of football, stretching back more than two months, and put United in a commanding position after Michael Carrick had earlier registered his first of the season. The way in which Van Persie celebrated, running to the touchline to embrace Ferguson before high-fiving those on the United bench, provided a measure of how much the goal meant to the Dutchman.

Millwall fans arrested after violence

LONDON -- One of English soccer's showpiece tournaments was marred by violence at Wembley Stadium on Saturday, with Millwall fans fighting among themselves and with security officials. Police reported 10 arrests. The disorder revived memories of the London team's struggle with hooliganism in the 1970s. Police and stewards appeared to be slow to react as the trouble began before half time and worsened in the second half of the FA Cup match, which Wigan won 2-0 to reach the final of the competition for the first time in its history.Millwall manager Kenny Jackett, meanwhile, said he had not been aware of "any fighting".I promise you, I wasn't aware of it during the game," he said in a post-match interview.Told that children were carried crying out of the stadium, he said: "I am very sorry if that is the case." And club captain Danny Shittu said it was "sad to hear about these things happening on a day like today.Wigan will take another break from its struggle for Premier League survival on May 11 to face Manchester City or Chelsea in the FA Cup final. Saturday's trip to Wembley was far happier for Whelan than in 1960 when his football career ended in the FA Cup final after breaking his leg playing for Blackburn. "He feels he has some unfinished business ... that will add some emotion," Martinez said. "I hope that the FA will allow him to lead the team out in the final because that will be a really fitting moment for what he has done for football."

Couple Have 'Sex' On Google Street View In Australia

The relaxed nature of the pair - she waving to the camera, he draining the last gulp from what appears to be a bottle of beer - has led many to believe the image is just a prank by an opportunistic couple who spotted an approaching Google Street View camera car. Or, they could just be cheerful exhibitionists. In any case, Google has taken the precaution of entirely blurring the couple in images on that stretch of the Dukes Highway in South Australia. You can see the original image above by sliding your cursor over the image. As astute readers will no doubt notice, it doesn't look like these two are actually bumping uglies down under. But the guy does appear to have a beer, so he's got that going for him (hopefully he's not the one driving). Sometimes Google catches actual intimate acts that weren't meant to be seen, like this gentleman who was caught apparently getting manual stimulation from a sex professional.

Denard Robinson throws out first pitch at Comerica Park Video

Fortunately, we haven't been subjected to too many terrible first pitches during the start of the 2013 MLB season. Robinson broke the cardinal rule of first pitches: Deliver it on the fly. He one-hopped the catcher, a moment that has now spread across the Internet and been gif'd for immortality. Robinson made the game after catching an early flight out of Atlanta, where he watched the Michigan basketball team lose 82-76 on Monday night in the national title game against Louisville.

Louisville Wins National Championship

Rick Pitino capped the greatest week of his life with the prize he wanted most of all. Luke Hancock produced another huge game off the bench, scoring 22 points, and Pitino became the first coach to win national titles at two schools when relentless Louisville rallied from another 12-point deficit to beat Michigan 82-76 in the NCAA championship game Monday night.Any pain he was feeling from that gruesome injury in the regional final, when he landed awkwardly, snapped his leg and was left writhing on the floor with the bone sticking through the skin, was long gone as he hobbled gingerly onto the court with the aid of crutches, backing in a sea of confetti and streamers.

Melissa McCarthy: 'SNL' Monologue in Heels

Melissa McCarthy has a hard time standing up in her high heels during her opening monologue on Saturday Night Live on Saturday (April 6) in New York City. The 42-year-old The Heat actress hosted the late night sketch comedy show for the second time and was absolutely hilarious once again! After getting back on her feet, she explained to the audience, "They told me, 'Make sure you practice in your shoes.' I said, 'What, I live in heels!' But I don't do that. That was not honest. I'm primarily in a Croc." "I just really wanted to get all gussied up for you guys," she said. "Wow, I can't feel anything from my arch to my toes," she joked. "You could just bite that half off.""They told me, 'Make sure you practice in your shoes,' and I said, 'What? I live in heels!'" Then Melissa confessed she was treading unfamiliar territory: "I'm primarily in a Croc, which is a different pitch." We are all too familiar with the perils of high heels, so it's awesome to see a star discuss their dangers so frankly. We were happy to see Melissa her keep her cool and embrace the comedy in the situation. And hey, at least she didn't pull a Lena Dunham and go barefoot. McCarthy concluded her monologue by falling face-first offstage. Would you have kept it together? Watch the video below to see Melissa get knocked down, and get up again!

Fan Dodges Home Run At Arizona Diamondbacks Game, Female Companion Hit In The Face

A fan at an Arizona Diamondbacks game Tuesday darted away from a home run ball, which struck his female companion in the face. Video of the incident shows the woman leaping out of her chair and holding her face in her hands, but she doesn't appear seriously injured. "Nice going, boyfriend," a television announcer said as he watched the replay of the homer, belted by the St. Louis Cardinals' Pete Kozma.Watch as the man scurries away from the ball after realizing catching it with his bare hands is probably going to hurt. His cowardice causes the woman to get hit in her upper body. Thankfully, she appeared to be fine. To his (minimal) credit, the man immediately comes to the aid of the woman and doesn't make a play to retrieve the home run ball he initially avoided. That may be his only saving grace when they watch that replay together as she ices her shoulder.

Rutgers Basketball Coach Mike Rice's Behavior Under Review In Wake Of Video

NEWARK, N.J. — Rutgers said it would reconsider its decision to retain basketball coach Mike Rice after a videotape aired showing him shoving, grabbing and throwing balls at players in practice and using gay slurs during practice. The videotape, broadcast Tuesday on ESPN, prompted scores of outraged social media comments as well as sharp criticism from Gov. Chris Christie and NBA star LeBron James. The head of the New Jersey Assembly called for Rice to be fired. The Miami Heat's James weighed in with a tweet: "If my son played for Rutgers or a coach like that he would have some real explaining to do and I'm still gone whoop on him afterwards! C'mon. He said: “In the end, I am not going to look back and say shoulda, woulda. All I can do is figure out going forward the decisions I can make to fix the problem for Rutgers.”In a statement on behalf of Gov. Chris Christie of New Jersey, his press secretary, Michael Drewniak, said: “Governor Christie saw the video today for the first time, and he is obviously deeply disturbed by the conduct displayed and strongly condemns this behavior. It’s not the type of leadership we should be showing our young people, and clearly there are questions about this behavior that need to be answered by the leaders at Rutgers University. As much as Rice may have benefited from the sensitivity training he received after Pernetti was presented with evidence of behavior that had been taking place over two years, Rice obviously is unable to control his behavior. And somehow he was allowed to subject his players to it.If his actions are acceptable, it’s natural to wonder if Pernetti would allow his own children to play for Rice.Mike Rice’s behavior cannot be excused. Yet Rutgers continues to enable him.

Clayton Kershaw Home Run Shutout Performance Lifts Dodgers Over Giants (VIDEO)

LOS ANGELES — Hall of Famer Sandy Koufax threw out the ceremonial first pitch. Then another Dodgers left-hander with a great curveball dominated. Clayton Kershaw launched his first career home run to break a scoreless tie in the eighth inning before finishing off a four-hitter Monday that led Los Angeles over the defending champion San Francisco Giants 4-0 on opening day. "He gave us seven chances to take care of it, and finally he said, `That's enough. I'm going to take care of it,'" catcher A.J. Ellis said.Kershaw became the first pitcher in the majors to homer on opening day since Joe Magrane of St. Louis in 1988, and the first Dodgers pitcher to do it since Don Drysdale in 1965.I never knew what that felt like,” Kershaw said.Dodgers Hall of Famer Sandy Koufax, wearing his vintage No. 32 jersey, threw out the ceremonial first ball. In 1964, Koufax pitched the first opening-day shutout at Dodger Stadium. The Dodgers and Giants have been discussing a long-term contract extension in recent weeks, and it's easy to understand why. The 2011 NL Cy Young Award winner is pretty clearly the best left-handed pitcher in baseball at this point, and at his age he should still have many more years of elite production ahead of him. Justin Verlander just signed a record $180 million contract, but Kershaw figures to push $200 million. What a monster.
