Blake Griffin Ejected For Brutal Forearm on Taj Gibson (Video)

No one would ever put Thursday night’s Bulls and Clippers game on an instructional video for anyone trying to get into the NBA. Blake Griffin, who had been one of the Clippers’ best players through the game, wouldn’t be allowed to finish the game because of a play in the third quarter. With the Bulls up 59-43 with six minutes left in the third quarter, Taj Gibson gave an up-fake before lifting up for a shot. Griffin was clearly going for the block, but missed badly, hitting Gibson with a full-force blow to the dome. Regardless of intent, the hit demanded an immediate ejection.
