The challenger Horiguchi (15-1) enters the bout riding a nine fight win streak that includes four straight in the UFC Octagon.Johnson got side control late in the fight, secured an arm in the waning seconds, and forced the tap. The previous record was set by Frankie Edgar, who submitted Cub Swanson with four seconds left in a five-round fight.
