Hulk Hogan Removed From WWE Website as Rumors Swirl
Hall of Fame wrestler Hulk Hogan is out at World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) after an audio recording featuring the wrestler using racist language was heard by WWE officials.
"I guess we're all a little racist," Hogan reportedly says on the tape, before repeating the n-word in an overtly racist and inflammatory fashion. According to Wrestling News Source, “On WWE.com, Hogan is no longer listed on the WWE Hall of Fame page, and all of his merchandise has also been removed from WWEShop.com. The only thing currently remaining that mentions Hogan involves WWE’s upcoming Australian tour, which Hogan was scheduled to take part in as general manager. However, when any attempt to access this page is made, a message appears stating “you are not authorized to access this page.”The rumor most sites are running with is that there is a “racist rant,” or “racial tirade” on audio or video somewhere and the WWE is cutting ties ahead of the recording being made public.
